Functions & accommodation are subject to availability and are not confirmed until deposits have been paid and accepted by the hotel.
To secure your booking a 20% per person deposit is required within two weeks of the provisional booking being made. All monies paid are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Prices quoted are inclusive of 17.5% VAT at the time of booking & are subject to alteration. If you have any special requests, please speak to the event team at least 10 days before your event. Full payment & menu pre-orders are to be received four weeks prior to date of booking.
Non-payment of the final balance by the due date will render our contract with you void. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend any festive event should insufficient bookings be received. In this event, every attempt will be made to secure an alternative date. Should this not be possible a full refund will be made.
Guests are not permitted to bring their own beverages.
Out of courtesy to others a smart dress code will apply.
