The Osprey Restaurant
The Osprey Restaurant is perfect for your daytime
wedding. The adjoining Rutland Room is licensed for civil ceremonies and enables
your guests to walk straight through to their tables after the ceremony. This
room is only available until 5.00pm. If you would like to carry on your celebrations
into the evening there is The Lakeview Room, which has its own bar and dance
floor. This makes it, as you can imagine, a perfect venue, which is the whole
point of Barnsdale...
Your Ceremony
The Rutland Ceremony Room is available for civil
marriage ceremonies and is en suite to The Osprey Restaurant where you may
hold your wedding reception. A maximum of forty (40) guests may be seated
for the ceremony. There is a £300.00 Room Hire Charge, which includes

Your drinks reception after the ceremony may be held
in the bar/lounge area, or alternatively outside on The Osprey Terrace, weather
permitting.
Your Wedding Breakfast

of sixty (60) guests depending on the seating plan.Smoking is NOT permitted
inside at any time. There is a £400.00 room hire charge which includes :-

Barnsdale Spa takes care of your whole bridal party on your wedding day,
if you wish. It doesn’t, however, start there.
Before your wedding we invite you and your bridal party to come along to
the spa for a trial session in Hair and Beauty.
We then know exactly how to tease, curl, or straighten your hair on the
day to complement your wedding make up.
To achieve that glowing radiance on your perfect day a course of facials illuminate
your skin and a manicure ensures that your hands look perfect for the all-important
wedding ring photograph. Lastly a massage calms and relaxes any pre-wedding tension. This is for bridesmaids, the bride's mother and of course the bride!
Finally, your wedding day arrives and we greet you and your party with a glass
of champagne, to calm your wedding day nerves, whilst we create the perfect
hair and make up. Simply beautiful and so, so relaxing...
The Lakeview Suite
The Lakeview Suite is for a slightly smaller wedding,
but still has the power to indulge, romance and captivate. It is a wonderful
venue for hosting a wedding breakfast and evening buffet. There is also the
option of a civil marriage ceremony which may be organised elsewhere on our
spacious resort. Due to the secluded and private nature of this venue your
music can be enjoyed until 1am, making it perfect for those last dances for
the Bride and Groom to enjoy...
Your Ceremony
The Egleton Ceremony Room is available for civil marriage/partnership ceremonies. It is has been purposefully designed for marriage ceremonies and can accommodate a maximum of sixty (60) guests. There is a £300.00 Room Hire
charge, which includes :-

Your Drinks Reception
Your drinks reception after the ceremony may either be held in the bar area of the Lakeview Room or weather permitting outside on the private Lakeview Terrace.
Your Wedding Breakfast
Your Wedding Breakfast can be laid for a maximum of eighty (80) guests seated at round tables. There is a £600 room hire charge which covers the cost of holding your wedding in this beautiful location incorporating the Lakeview room and Terrace. This includes :-

Your Evening Reception

reception. The Lakeview room holds up to one hundred and forty (140) guests
and we can prepare a delicious buffet from the menu below. Music may be played
until 1.00am and should you choose to book our DJ, to put some swing into
your party, he is available between 7.00pm and 12.00am for £350.00.
The bar next to the dance floor remains open until 1.00am, especially for
those wanting a nightcap to set off the day....
The Edith Weston Suite
The Edith Weston Suite is the complete package. With
its own ceremony room, reception room and terraced banqueting room all under
one roof your wedding day needs for nothing else, allowing you to enjoy the
day, freely. It is ideal for you when you are planning a large wedding. It allows for
a wedding breakfast with up to one hundred and sixty guests (160) and an evening buffet for up to two hundred guests (200).
Your Ceremony
The Whitwell Ceremony Room is available for civil marriage/partnership ceremonies. It is a generous room which is very flexible in its style. A maximum of one hundred (100) guests may be seated for the ceremony. There is a £300 Room Hire Charge, which includes :-

Your Drinks Reception
Your drinks reception after the ceremony may be held
in the bar/lounge area outside the Ceremony Room, or alternatively, if the
weather permits, outside on the Landscaped Terrace overlooking Rutland Water.
Your Wedding Breakfast
Your Wedding Breakfast can be laid for a maximum of one hundred and sixty (160) guests seated at round tables, however, there is a minimum requirement of eighty (80) guests. Should you wish to hire the venue for less guests an additional room hire charge will be levied. There is a £950 Room Hire Charge which covers the cost of holding your wedding in this beautiful suite and on the landscaped terrace. It also includes :-

The bar next to the dance floor remains open until 1.00am....
